This full day excursion starts from Fumba a famous local fishermen village situated on the south west part of Stone Town the most convenient location for exploring the natural beauty of the isolated sandbanks and rugged island scenery of the Menai Bay Conservation Area an ecosystem protected marine conservation area which covers 470 square kilometres (180 sqm) being developed with participation of the local communities.
We use a wooden traditional Dhow made in Zanzibar equipped with a motor-boat and wind including all safety gears and well trained crew then ride to snorkeling sites where many aquatic species are found , like Moral eels, Scorpion fish, Lion fish, large Groupers, Octopuses, Lobsters, Rays Manta rays as well as Dolphins but only two species Indo-Pacific Humpback and the Bottlenose. The area`s underwater cliff, wrecks, canyons, caves and spectacular reefs offer the very special site for diving and snorkeling activities.
Enjoy Dolphin sightseeing , snorkeling and swimming, taste the flavors of Zanzibar at our desert island restaurant on Kwale island. The legendary Ocean Safari seafood barbecue includes fish, calamari and slipper lobster served hot from the grill plus variety of tropical fruits to grown in Zanzibar.

Wonderful experience
A fantastic day out exploring the reefs with the guides, snorkeling at two beautiful spots. A tasty seafood buffet for lunch and lots of drinks throughout the day. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly.

The ocean safari was fabulous! From the prompt pick up at our hotel, to assistance getting on the boat, to medical attention when I stepped on a sea urchin, to the fabulous lunch... the entire trip was amazing. We visited a disappearing island during low tide, went snorkeling at a coral reef, had an amazing lunch, and swam in a "natural swimming pool" lagoon during high tide. The boat was comfortable. Snacks and drinks provided. Good communication. Highly recommend!!

It was an amazing experience with experienced staff who were very caring and had lots of patience with people who could not snorkel. They made you believe you can snorkel and I thoroughly enjoyed it as was my first time snorkelling. The boat crew had amazing hospitality skills. It was an awesome adventure. I will recommend anybody to book with them, it’s 5 star treatment 😃

A fantastic snorkelling experience
This tour offered a fantastic snorkelling experience where we saw lots of tropical fish and stunning coral reefs. We were also lucky enough to see dolphins! The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially when in the water. As someone who is not a confident swimmer I felt very safe. The fish lunch and fruit was amazing and we came away very full. I can’t recommend this tour enough and would definitely do it again.
