Payment Policy during Low Season:

Full amount must be paid 30 days before arrival.
• If no payment has been made by 30 days pre-arrival, the reservations will be cancelled.
• Payments can be done via bank transfer (all the banking fees must be covered by remitter) or credit card payment (a processing fee applies).
• Group bookings (bookings with more than 3 rooms) a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking.

• Peak season bookings (22nd Dec-6th Jan) are of minimum stay 5 nights.
• All bookings are Non-Refundable and confirmed only after receiving Full payment.
• Groups bookings are of Minimum Stay 5 nights.
• Full Moon Days are of minimum stay 2 nights

Cancellation Policy during Low Season:

• More than 30 days pre-arrival - no charge
• For cancellation or reduction in number within 30 to 16 days of arrival date - 50% of the rates applicable per room night cancelled.
• For cancellation or reduction in number within 15 days of arrival date - 100% of the rates applicable per room night cancelled
