• Cancellation up to 30 days prior arrival date: free of charge, except for Peak Season, August & groups 4 rooms and up. • Cancellation from the 29th to the arrival date: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. • No show, any cancellation or change done on site: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged • Peak Season & August: 50% non-refundable deposit required at reservation. Balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior arrival.

• Rates are per room per night, included breakfast and 15% VAT.
• Infrastructure Tax, $1 per person per night, will be charged directly to the clients at check- out.
• Minimum stay for Peak Season: 5 nights
• New Year’s and Christmas Gala dinner supplement mandatory: $25 per person per dinner.
